Method 1: String or Paper Method
1. Take a thin piece of string, thread, or paper strip.
2. Wrap it around the base of your finger where the ring will sit.
3. Mark the point where the string overlaps.
4. Measure the length with a ruler in millimeters.
5. Use the chart below to find your ring size.
Tip: Make sure the string fits comfortably — not too tight.
Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring
If you already have a ring that fits perfectly:
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters.
