Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

This right applies only if all conditions listed below are strictly met.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned exactly as received and must meet all of the following conditions:

• unused and unworn  
• in original condition  
• in original packaging  
• free from any signs of use, wear, damage, or odor  

For hygiene and safety reasons, any jewelry that has been worn, tried on, or used in any way is strictly non-returnable.

Returns that do not fully comply with these conditions will be rejected and no refund will be issued.


RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team and receive explicit return authorization.  
Unauthorized returns will be refused and are not eligible for a refund.


RETURN ADDRESS

Approved returns must be shipped to our international return facility in China.

The exact return address will be provided only after the return request has been reviewed and approved by our support team.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note:
• International return shipping costs may be significantly higher than domestic shipping costs  
• Original shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees are non-refundable  
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid return shipments will not be accepted  


REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected thoroughly.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If the return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected and no refund will be issued.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again  
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary  
3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Once verified, we will cover all related costs and offer either:
• a replacement, or  
• a full refund  

Claims submitted after 14 days or without sufficient proof will not be accepted.


SHIPPING AREA

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the European Union.
